Our Founder
Based in Denver, Colorado, Mary Engelken began her career as an elementary school educator, where she honed her functional space planning skills. After having three children, Mary decided to pivot and follow her passion for Interior Design.
She received her Interior Design Certification from Heritage School of Interior Design and founded her namesake design firm, Mary Engelken Interiors in 2023.As a mom of three, she understands how to combine beauty and function in her design.
Mary’s aesthetic is inspired by her time spent living in Northern California and growing up in Colorado . She incorporates her understanding of functionality with contemporary and organic elements to create cohesive and approachable spaces.
