Fifth Avenue

Located on the historic Lowry Air Force Base in Denver, Fifth Avenue is a renovation rooted in honoring what was always there. While the home had beautiful bones, a previous update left the kitchen feeling dark and closed off, and the mudroom-turned-coffee space without a real sense of purpose. Our approach was to bring back light, intention, and a feeling that matched the home’s history.

We introduced inset cabinetry in creamy white and dusty blue, layered with white oak accents and aged brass for warmth. In the kitchen, marble backsplash tile carries into the coffee bar with zellige, creating a quiet continuity between spaces. Soft, feminine lighting and thoughtful details invite you to slow down, settling into a home that feels both refined and comfortably lived in.
