Located in Lafayette, Colorado, Ginny Way began as a spacious home that simply wasn’t living up to its potential. The layout felt choppy, the finishes dated, and the overall feel disconnected from how our clients wanted to live. With a shared vision, and a level of trust that allowed us to truly explore, we reimagined the home through a contemporary cottage lens, blending classic architecture with a more collected, expressive approach.
We opened up the main floor by removing an underutilized office, creating a kitchen and mudroom that now feel expansive and intentional. A 12-foot custom island anchors the kitchen like a furniture piece, while a cozy dining nook invites everyday moments. Throughout the home, each space carries its own personality—from a moody listening lounge with limewash walls and a burgundy sofa to a reimagined dining room layered with millwork and dramatic wallpaper. Deep, rich colors, vintage elements, and thoughtful custom details—like a converted dresser vanity and color-drenched mudroom—bring warmth, character, and a sense of discovery to every corner.
